Fathom records, transcribes, summarizes, and searches meetings for people who spend too much of their workday turning calls into follow-up. Sales reps, customer success managers, marketers, product managers, recruiters, and operators use it to capture decisions, action items, customer signals, and meeting context from Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. The current product also supports bot-free capture, a desktop app, and integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Zapier, and other work tools.

The product is strongest when conversations create work in several systems. A sales manager can review call moments and coach reps, a customer success lead can surface risk signals across renewal calls, and a product team can search customer interviews for repeated feature requests. Fathom for teams adds shared visibility across conversations, while individual users can use transcripts, summaries, follow-ups, and Ask Fathom to prepare for the next meeting without rereading every note.

Fathom's Growth Partner Program is aimed at SaaS advisors, RevOps consultants, CRM implementers, AI workflow specialists, business-operations consultants, and team coaches who already influence how clients run meetings and follow-up. Applicants are expected to use Fathom, fill out the PartnerStack intake form, and wait for Fathom's review before receiving next steps. Approved partners promote Fathom Business plans to qualified clients or audiences rather than using a simple public coupon link.

Fathom's public page confirms revenue share, PartnerStack as the partner portal, a 90-day cookie that restarts after a new click, and monthly reward calculation. It says rewards are available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe through the PartnerStack portal, with the next-month timing illustrated by February commissions becoming available March 16. The public page does not publish a default commission percentage or commission duration; those terms are assigned by partner group.
