Keap is a CRM and automation product for small business owners, coaches, consultants, service firms, and marketers who need follow-up work to keep moving after a lead comes in. A coaching business can capture a lead from a landing page, send a nurture sequence, book a consultation, invoice the client, and trigger post-sale reminders. A home-services or professional-services firm can keep a contact list, segment prospects, send texts or emails, and watch pipeline movement without assigning a full operations employee to manual CRM cleanup.
