Melio

Melio is a business payments product for small businesses, accounting firms, and finance operators who need bill pay and receivables without adding a full accounts-payable system. Restaurants, retailers, contractors, professional-services firms, nonprofits, wholesalers, and bookkeepers use it to pay vendors, contractors, rent, utilities, and suppliers while keeping payment approvals and records organized. The product sits in the messy middle between a bank account, an accounting file, and the real vendors who need to be paid on time.

The practical workflows are specific to cash movement: a business owner can pay a vendor by ACH, card, check, international transfer, or faster payment; an accountant can manage client bills and approval steps; and a team can collect W-9s, prepare 1099 records, capture bills, send invoices, and sync with QuickBooks, Xero, or Amazon Business. Melio also supports payment links and invoice collection, so it can handle both sides of small-business money flow. Melio states the tracking cookie lasts 90 days, payments are handled through PartnerStack, Melio approves payments by the 7th of each month, and availability through PartnerStack is by the 13th of the following month.
