Freshteam

Freshteam is Freshworks' HR product for recruiters, HR managers, founders, and people operations teams that need hiring and employee administration in a lighter system. Current Freshteam support materials cover applicant tracking, employee profiles, HRIS roles, onboarding and offboarding, time off, employee referrals, source attribution, and account setup. That makes the product relevant to small and growing companies that want recruiting records and basic HR tasks connected before they adopt heavier HR software. It also gives Freshworks customers a familiar place to manage early people operations alongside the vendor's service and sales products.

Recruiters can use Freshteam to create job postings, manage applicants, review candidate profiles, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and track source attribution. HR managers can work through onboarding checklists, document tasks, employee directory updates, time-off balances, approval flows, and integrations with job boards, background-check vendors, assessments, Google Workspace, and Slack. Freshteam is most useful when the buyer already likes the Freshworks style and wants hiring, onboarding, and employee data to stay close to the broader Freshworks account ecosystem. Freshteam is promoted through the broader Freshworks affiliate program rather than a Freshteam-only affiliate page. Publishers start from the Freshworks affiliate signup flow and PartnerStack marketplace application, then wait for review before using referral links, product assets, and dashboard reporting. The public PartnerStack Freshworks listing says accepted affiliates can access several Freshworks products after approval, including Freshteam, while Freshworks' own FAQ says affiliates can switch among products that are part of the affiliate program.

Freshworks' current affiliate terms list 20%, 25%, and 30% monthly tiers on first-year subscription revenue, with eligibility for up to 12 months after a qualified referral becomes a paying customer. The FAQ and PartnerStack listing state a 90-day cookie and monthly commission calculation; Freshworks says PayPal or Stripe must be linked in PartnerStack for withdrawals. Because the March 2026 legal table names only Freshdesk and Freshservice while PartnerStack still names Freshteam, Freshteam-specific eligibility should be checked inside the approved dashboard.
